Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location. We ship within Singapore using trusted local couriers including Ninja Van, SingPost, J&T Express, and Qxpress.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order through our courier's website.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification. Please arrange a re-delivery or collection within the stipulated timeframe, failing which the parcel may be returned to us. Re-delivery fees may apply.

Alcohol Orders Alcohol deliveries require an adult (18 years or older) to be present to receive the order. Our couriers reserve the right to request proof of age and may refuse delivery if the recipient appears to be under 18. Refused deliveries due to age verification will not be refunded.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at 88981828 within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable).
