All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products purchased from QcollectionsH.
All alcohol purchases are final sale and non-returnable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on alcohol products once delivered, in accordance with Singapore liquor regulations.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, contact us before placing your order.
Exceptions: We will only provide a refund or exchange if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- We sent you the wrong item
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it.
